At Mortgage Investors Network we noticed that many borrowers were finding it difficult to get the type of flexible, common sense mortgage loans they needed to grow their businesses. After graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from St. Frances College. Jeff started his lending career by getting grassroots experience working with a finance company.

Since then he has utilized his accounting degree and professional connections to find success as a lender and manager at a variety of levels and in many different types of financial institutions. Including, small private banks, seven years originating residential, commercial and private lending groups with First Union Banking Group, six years working as a district manager with the largest mortgage brokerage in Florida and the last 21 years as a successful self-employed mortgage company owner.

He has closed thousands of loans at all levels and has unique and valuable insight into the needs of borrowers and lenders alike.

John’s base practical business experience comes from 20 plus years in the Hospitality industry working 18 years for Hyatt hotels and 4 years with Doubletree and Promus Hotel Corp. He also has 14 years in the Loyalty and Incentive industry working with two of his startup companies, Destination Rewards Inc. and Incentive Response LLC.

John began his entrepreneur career with co-founding StarCite Inc., an internet-based startup, that grew into a $50 million per year company. John has since then started 6 additional successful startup companies, including Destination Rewards Inc., a $100 million per year rewards company, that was sold to Deluxe Corporation Inc. in 2013.

John has experience and has overseen all aspects of a start-up company’s operations. His expertise includes sales, marketing, technology, accounting, general business development, and management planning at both the corporate and individual business unit levels.

John has developed revolutionary patented rewards programs, incentive concepts and strategies for consumers, clients, and suppliers, and was named one of the 25 most influential executives in the Meeting and Event Industry by Meeting News (July 2000).

John graduated from Marquette University with a Business Administration degree with specialties in Finance and Marketing

Now branching into the Mortgage Industry, John brings his extensive business expertise to this company. John has been a student of the financing industry for the past 30 years and attributes his success in developing solutions to what seemed to be unattainable by many others.

Jeff has practiced law for more than 25 years, he previously held executive positions within CMGI, Inc. in the Boston area. He was formerly the Chief Operating Officer at Destination Rewards, Inc. and has been involved with building and selling companies since 2002, and he has worked with multiple startup companies.

Jeff received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia and received his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law, where he served as an Editor on the Law Review.

Sandy Ramos is a strong, self-propelled business woman who has a wide intellectual knowledge with hands on experience in the housing market.

With a degree in Business Management and accounting from York College New York, and over 15 years experience in this field, Sandy has earned several high achievements where the organization and development of companies have been her main focus.

Sandy has worked as entrepreneur with several small businesses, developing and structuring the accounting and financial daily management of the company.

With several years experience at Re-Max Realty, managing the accounting aspects of the business for which further promote her knowledge in the construction and development of the housing industry. Sandy has worked with many borrowers and sellers, structuring and organizing the successful closing of hundreds of loans.

Along the way Sandy has mastered several Mortgage and Real Estate software systems and overall her accounting and management skills are a great asset to the development of Mortgage Investors Network.
